The public TRP app does not currently offer user accounts. If you submitted store feedback, support email, or other personal information through TRP, you may request deletion, correction, or a copy of that data here.

When account features launch, this page will also support account deletion requests.

What we can delete

Store feedback submissions stored privately for review.

Support or contact messages TRP has retained in email or intake systems.

Other personal data you can identify clearly enough for TRP to locate.

What may be retained

Information TRP must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.

Aggregated analytics that are not linked to your identity.

Approved public reviews or testimonials that were explicitly approved for display.

How requests are handled

Requests are reviewed manually. Deletion is not instant.

TRP may ask for follow-up information to verify the request.

You will receive a response at the email address you provide.
